We bought a dishwasher from HHGregg and everyone was very pleasant.
Delivery crew was on time and careful.
Pricing was competitive and I could see the product in the store so much preferred buying from them than online.

We always purchase our items from hhgregg for years. We recently bought a dining set and the managers at this location kept promising a different date when it would arrive. They guarantee me it would be here on Wednesday. I was very disappointed on how the manager didn't care when I called about my situation all he said was "oh well just come in and we will refund you the money." He was extremely rude about the situation and showed no professionalism. I just know they lost my family and I as customers. Don't go to this location. I will give them no stars if I could. They need a new management personnel.

I need someone's help!  I refuse to call the store be placed on hold forever, talk to 3 different people who give me the wronge date my purchease will arrive again.

September 3rd we bought a refrigerator and a table with chairs and a bench set.

The refrigerator was delivered with dents. The delivery guys put in a request for a credit of $150.00. I was told by the store I would receive a check "any day now" that was 2 weeks ago!
Regarding the table set I have called at least on 3 different occasions. Each time I'm told the computer shows the distraction site will gave it in just a few days and that I need to give it a could extra days to make sure it gets to the store. Each time they take my phone number and tell me they will call me as soon as they get it.
So here I am, over a month later and I still don't have a kitchen table set or the check.
As you can see I am very disappointed and frustrated  in your service and at this rate will never do business with you again.

I purchased a washer-dryer set that was on sale for $999.98 on a Saturday and scheduled to have it delivered the next day. The delivery man called me on Sunday to tell me that he couldn't find my apartment and also that the machines were damaged before leaving the warehouse. I called Hhgregg and asked to have a new, undamaged machine sent to me. The supervisor that I talked to rescheduled the delivery and on Tuesday evening I had the new, perfect-condition appliances delivered and hooked up. Their willingness to work around your busy schedule (they delivered at around 7 pm, due to me not getting home from work till then) and the way they handled the matter of keeping the damaged machines and quickly getting new ones sent to my home was all very professional. I would shop there again. Also, the sales staff was helpful and able to answer questions but not pushy.

I purchased a washing machine.  The price was good, delivered 2 days later, and even price matched after I purchased.  Great overall experience.
