I ordered a Panasonic cordless phone and it arrived in a box that did not have the base station or batteries.  When you try to call them, they have a recording telling you that you need to call amazon.  Went to Staples and got the same phone for $20. less.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.  How hard is it to send the item ordered?  Read the type of console the controller is for....them ship that controller.  Completely unprofessional.  All calls directed through Amazon.  Probably because they don't want to deal with their mistakes.  Absolutely ridiculous!  Thanks for taking a toll on my nephews birthday.

I ordered 2 iPad minis for my kids for Christmas through amazon. I received them 4 days earlier than the expected time and In excellent condition. Work great and no damage at all, very pleased.

Ordered through Amazon ("Fulfilled by Amazon") and they were not going to stand by the agreement to ship within two days. It was not a big deal, but then they cancelled my order without my request when I said I would leave that in the feedback. It's just not a good way to do business.

Shady business, money removed from account later reciced a shipped email  only to find out they cancelled my order and now my money is tied up for a week... No response yet from business. DO NOT USE
