Good luck trying to get anyone at this facility to call you back. I have reached out more than a dozen times to speak to someone regarding my stay at this facility. I have been hung up on twice by front desk clerks.  I personally stay at over 200 hotels a year for work and pleasure. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism in my life. I have an incredible relationships with all the staff at the surrounding Courtyard Marriott's around Nashville. But my first and definitely last stay at this Courtyard was a disaster.  Beware of hidden charges that they do not disclose even at check in. Beware of rude employees. Beware of nonexistent management team. JUST BEWARE....

Good overall experience. Room service food was good. The self parking situation is confusing, and the elevator in the parking garage did not work--fortunately I had my smaller suitcase. Convenient for the VUMC campus. Now I know just to use the shuttle instead of driving.

This is a great hotel for any Nashville visitor, but especially for friends and family of Vanderbilt University students. The location is ideal for attending sporting events, yet is only a 5-minute drive to Nashville's "Lower Broad" tourist district. The staff is friendly and professional and the guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Only 15 minutes to the International airport as well.

The location of this hotel is very close to the Vanderbilt University. We only stayed for night in a room on the 10th floor with a king-sized bed. The bathroom is quite spacious and was definitely a highlight of the room. The bedding, however, was a little too firm for me and my fiance. The sheets also seemed more rough than they should have been for the price paid for the room. In all honesty, the couch inside the room was more comfortable than the bed. To be fair, I did not speak with the hotel regarding any of these issues but would have if we were staying for longer than just one night.

Love the valet boys here! They’re so great and always have good attitudes no matter the weather or time of day! Keep it up!
