Green hotels are a key way to support better social practices. The element provides small kitchenette spaces in their rooms which is perfect for working travelers. The morning breakfast accommodates a variety of food preferences and allergies--organic granola and soy milk! A tasty cocktail hour also doesn't fall short with a range of beverages and real snacks.

Room is a very nice and comfortable studio layout with a kitchenette. Hotel prizes itself on being pet friendly, and I found it very amenable. Probably the best continental breakfast I have ever had, and the front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend to prospective guests.

We’ve been staying here since this place opened. We travel cross country several times a year and this is a great location for our first and last night on the road. We are respectful of others dog owners and we love how accommodating the Element is. However, on recent trips, (several times in the last year), we’ve noticed a definite slack in the cleanliness of the hotel and general upkeep. Dirty bedding, lack of attention to cleanliness in the kitchenette and carpeting, caked dust on ceiling lights and shades and general disrepair (bent/broken lights, leaking soap dispensers, loose handles and chipped veneers) have been disappointing. I’m hoping this place can turn it around because it WAS a great place to stay. If it doesn’t we will be forced to find other accommodations.

From the minute the shuttle picked us up at the airport to the late checkout when leaving, these guys have the service part of this job nailed. A big shout out to Greg and Samantha for making our stay absolutely fantastic. Comfy beds, kitchenettes, showers are awesome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a terrible experience when I stayed there and asked the front desk kid to speak to a manager. He walks behind a closed door and comes out and asks "what is this about?" I told him my stay was horrible and I want to speak to a manager. He goes back behind the closed door and when he comes back out he gives me Chris P.'s business card. I asked, "Is he not wanting to deal with this issue?" The kid smirked and and mumbled, "yea". So this kid at the front desk took my issue back to the manager (Chris P.) and when he found out it was a complaint, he told me to call and make an appointment. I see how this works. The kid even admitted he was screening the calls! Man up, and come out of your office and let's discuss the mold in my room, or the pubic hairs in my shower. Trust me, this is going to corporate. They will see my pictures and hear that the manager wouldn't even come out of his little office to try to resolve the issue.
