The Good: I love that this hotel is within walking distance of the Old Market area, which is full of good restaurants and cure borrowing shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are kept tidy and professional. The bad: My allergies kicked into high gear anytime I was in the room. My sinuses cleared back up shortly after leaving. I had no congestion anywhere else in Omaha, other than in my room. I have stayed at many other Hilton Garden Inns without allergy issues, so I consider this an unusual experience. The Ugly: Due to my sinus reaction, I investigated my room. When I drew my fingers across a couple surfaces, I picked up dust on every surface. Including the headboard of the bed. This definitely solved the mystery of why I was allergic to my room. There was dust everywhere! Overall, I would stay here again due to the proximity and price. However,the next time I make a reservation, I will request in the special instructions section to have my room dusted BEFORE I arrive so my nose does not have to experience this again!

Great hotel. We went for a weekend getaway and weren't disappointed! Nice, comfortable room. The breakfast was tasty. Had a good quality sleep. The hotel is close to many restaurants and the interstate, and the parking was close and reasonably priced.

This hotel is very average but the location is nice and parking garage is easy to enter. The rooms are clean and the furniture is well kept. My only complaint is that there was construction occuring outside my window and they started making lots of noisie starting at 530 and thus I could not sleep well.

Beautiful room. Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming staff. The desk clerk recommended a great bar where we could eat and have a drink before the Neil Diamond concert. I only have 2 complaints. The first is that the restaurant inside the hotel closed at around midnight. We didn't want to eat but it would have been nice to have a night cap. Secondly, our room was facing a busy street so it was noisy. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Convenient to the highway and lots of bars and restaurants.

Clean, easy access to downtown.  Reasonably priced.  It is what you would expect with a Hilton.  They took a walk in with no reservation and gave a decent price.
