Excellent shop!  These folks know their stuff and have superb service.  By way of example, I went in last minute tonight to have them check out a derailleur issue.  The mechanic Kyle went through it with a fine tooth comb.  I've bought several bikes, gear and parts at their HR store.  Tyler personally has helped me numerous times with great recommendations on gear and parts.  They always stand behind their merchandise and provide an excellent experience.  Grateful to have these guys in Parker!

I am really impressed with the service here, both on the retail side and the repair side. My husband goes in more than I do, but I went in the other day to purchase a helmet and some padded shorts. The guy that helped us was super friendly and helpful. I then had to take my bike in recently for a creaking sound it was making. The turnaround time by the service team was super quick and they explained what had been going on with my bike.

I was very excited to see that Elevation Cycles was opening a Parker location. I was even more pleased to see the close proximity to the cherry creek trail which I use regularly.  On a windy spring day I stopped in while on a ride to check out the new shop and to ask about an adjustment on my rear derailleur. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, the general manager and the service manager.  All of whom were a pleasure to converse with and even to talk about living in Texas prior to my move to Colorado.  After some adjustments and a very reasonable service charge, I was back on the trail and the bike felt great, thank you Kyle!  I look forward to visiting the shop more in the future and I’m excited that Parker has a new option for bike products and services!  Thanks again guys!

Never have I ever received such Amazing Customer Service. I ordered a bike over the phone and there was a mistake when I went to pick it up. Tyler and Phillip went above and beyond all my expectations in resolving the issue. On top of that Phillip spent all the time in the world answering all my questions and getting the bike dialed in and ready for me to ride. I highly recommend this store to everyone if you wanted to be treated like a Customer and not a number. Great work guys, you have won my loyalty through your passion for bikes and caring about the customer being happy.

When I heard Elevation Cycles was coming to Parker, I could not wait until they opened.  This was very exciting news to me as I have been having my bikes serviced at Elevation Cycles for the last several years.  Now they are right in my town and very convenient for me.  Both by bike and by car, as they are right off the Cherry Creek bike trail.   I popped in to meet  Kyle and Mike  prior to bringing my bike in to have it  serviced for this season.  Upon my return, Kyle and Mike greeted me by my first name and listened to all of my wishes and concerns regarding my bike.  They are very friendly and experts when it comes to all of your needs. I am very picky about where I have my bikes serviced, and I know I can trust Elevation Cycles with my bikes every time.   I highly recommend Elevation Cycles and am so excited about the new store in Parker!
