Finally a car-buying experience to talk about. We've been looking for a vehicle for almost 2 years and found the one we liked on their web site. I was dreading the visit as buying a used vehicle in the past always meant dealing with pushy sales and finance people. Not here! Kevin's fresh and up-beat approach really made me appreciate the sale even more. Caryn is too cool for words. Her experience, professionalism and humor made our day. Thank you both for making this a great experience.

Stay far away. I apologize for the long review, but I want those reading to have the full story. I went to look at a 2015 Chevy Malibu and called when I was on my way to make sure it was still there and was told by Simon that it was. Once I got there, Simon informed me that in that the vehicle sold on an online auction the night before. Not sure why they said it was still there when I called 10 min before that, but moving on.. Simon handed me off to another salesman, Juan, who showed me another 2015 Chevy Malibu with higher miles on it and a higher price than the one I inquired about. I test drove it and sat down with Juan and came to an approx price I was willing to pay with cash. Juan said he had to check with his manager. Juan came back and said his manager was busy right now and couldn’t talk to him. This was at 10:30am. At 12:30, I called Juan back to see if he checked with his manager and he said he was out to lunch and would talk to him right when he got back. At 2:30, I called Juan again and he gave me the same story, that his manager was busy and he didn’t forget about me. However I never received a call from Juan. So the next morning at approx 9:15am, I sent Juan a text asking if he ever heard anything. Two hours after he read the text, Juan texted me saying that the vehicle sold on an online auction last night. So after spending all of my time trying to buy this car and waiting for his “manager”, the car suddenly sells. Very poor customer service and will not even look at another car at this dealer.

Great customer service. 1/23/18 We went to Elhart to meet with Jennifer O'Brien-Martinez and Jeff Schaap to trade cars. It was an awesome experience, both Jennifer and Jeff went above and beyond in helping to navigate the process. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle to contact Jennifer and/or Jeff. The Elhart Campus is just wonderful, it is a place where every employee goes out of their way to ensure that your every question is answered and that you are completely satisfied before and after your visit. I cannot say enough about how great Jennifer and Jeff were to work with,

After shopping around at dealerships for weeks, I stopped at Elhart and was blown away by their customer service and expertise. Tim was extremely helpful in finding my dream car and Dave made the trade in process effortless. Their entire team at Elhart is professional and so accommodating. Caryn and Dan helped find me the the lowest financing and made the car buying experience a dream. I highly recommend Elhart for your next vehicle purchase. They are the best in town!

Ben M. did a great job listening to what our focus and priorities were and then providing several options to us. He worked great with coordinating with my wife to review the car, educate her on all the options and functions, and then no pressure answered all her questions. With myself he heard what I wanted for us, the options we wanted. He lined this up and provided a couple great options on site with a great selection. Well informed on all features and options. He kept the process going smoothly. Very happy with our purchase and with the whole process of working with Ben. Will be back and I highly recommend you ask for him.
