Highly recommend J&J! I bought a Jeep Liberty for my daughter here, and they were very honest and worked with me. I took the Jeep into a mechanic before purchasing, proving everything they said was legit about the Jeep. Great doing business with them. They were honest, down to earth people.

Horrible experience with them. I live in Tennessee and I was in a sticky situation where my truck got totaled while visiting family back in October so I went and test drove a few of their vehicles and I bought a 2002 jeep and they gave us a in transit plate and said they where mailing me the title of my jeep. Well it's now coming up on 6 weeks without my title meaning I'm driving around an illegal vehicle with a piece of paper saying the title got lost in the mail. Well the title got lost in the mail 4 weeks ago. Meaning they where suppose to get me a duplicate of the title to get my vehicle legal down here in Tennessee but i can't register it without the title. So a week ago we called and they said they would get it shipped to us that week. Well a week later they still have not gotten a duplicate title yet. So I am sitting here waiting for another like 3 weeks before I might see my title for my jeep. So I've been renting a vehicle that is costing me 600 dollars cause my perfectly drivable vehicle I bought can not be driven! This is beyond rediculous and we are getting real tired of all the games. This is about me being able to get to and from work and I can't do that without being worried about getting a ticket or worse getting my vehicle impounded for them being irresponsible and careless when it comes to their customers. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone ever again nor will I ever do business with them again.

J & J is so nice an understanding, I changed my mind on a vehicle and they were more than helpful.  I had an issue with my vehicle 3 weeks later and they offered to look at it, (it was an easy fix so we did it our self) but it was nice to know they were willing to help!  Will defiantly go back when my son is ready to buy

Went here to look for a second car. The staff was very pleasant to work with. The cars adorable, and an all around good experience. Know that when you are buying an inexpensive car that is what you get. They also have higher end cars but I was looking for a sub $2500 car in decent shape, they had the best choices. Got a nice Jetta, it was rust free in mi. So that was a plus. Look the car you want over and they will fix what you find before sale, at least that was my experience. Also they will work with you on repairs in the future. When looking for cheap cars I don't think they can be beat. Loved my experience, and my car. Have had it almost 3 months and it makes a good spare car. Would buy there again.
