My car suddenly began to over heat. I made it home, but it was inoperable. With two small kids, getting it towed and trying to get a rental car was challenge, so I looked up mobile mechanics. Warren answered and within two hours, he and Augusto were at my house. The found the problem within minutes, walked me through the process, showed me every step they were taking and then ran pressure tests to make sure the car was in working order. The the pressure test revealed the problem wasn't 100% solved, they set out to make sure it was. 

Warren was kind enough to speak with my husband (my in-house mechanic) so my husband could feel comfortable with the work being done. They were friendly, expeditious and thorough. I will be using them again in the future.

This past week has been a nightmare. I hired someone from craigslist thinking I was saving money. The guy did not know what he was doing therefore, he messed a lot of things up. He just took half of the money and I never heard back from him! Blocked my number and all....DON’T HIRE MECHANICS ON CRAIGSLIST. 
I didn’t think I could trust anyone anymore! 

Then, I emailed this company trying to get my car running. Being stuck for a week was not fun so I thought ....might as well call someone legit. Warren came the next morning to inspect the car. Probably one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. He was so REASONABLE with the prices, professional, nice and on top of that fixed my car in a day with Chris. 

I won’t have to look further, everytime (lets be honest hopefully not soon) I have a problem with cars, I will definitely contact this company. I had lost faith in mechanics but they restored it.

I am always skeptical about mechanics. Maybe cause I know nothing about cars. But this company is fantastic. At no point did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of. Warren was extremely knowledgeable and was cutting me deals left and right saving me so much. I don't think I could ever go anywhere else they won a loyal customer in me and my household. I have actually used this organization on a number of occasions. They are responsive, affordable, courteous, and most of all fast. 

If you are looking for both great service and for your car to be treated with proper on the spot care, I'd recommend Elite.

I'd call these guys idiots but that would be an insult to idiots around the world.  I wonder if they know how to tie their shoes.  Don't waste your time with these morons.  I filled out the on-line form twice, called umpteen times and spoke with a live person (finally) who schedule to have someone come to my home to service my broken vehicle.  Surprise - the idiot did not show up.  Called them and they put me on hold for 26 minutes and then hung up.  These cowards won't answer my calls.  Absolute bottom feeders.
