Staff was nice, but had a manufacturing defect on the boots I purchased and had to exchange. Discussed on Friday,the day I bought them, then they said they ordered shoes from another store and said they'd be in Monday. I stop by Monday, to be told the shoes aren't there and weird looks from the employees about my problem. Gave number, said they'd call when they're in and they'd be in Tuesday. That cycle continues until Thursday when we call again, and they say that the shoes had never been shipped from the other store. At which point I politely said not to ship them and then made the 45 minute drive to the Alcoa store where the man at the desk looked up, saw I had a box in my hands and snapped that they don't do returns on Fridays. Which made me have to explain my whole problem again. Girl who did the exchange for me was awesome and super nice, unfortunately didn't catch her name. Wish I'd had a better experience.

Update: Very professional manager called me to assure me that the problem was going to be addressed. 
Nice ladies.....that is until they get the money. After that they could care less about you. They become rude when faced with an exchange. I got a pair under my companies account. They wowed me with promises of just bring them back if you don't like them. I did and was snidley told I only get one exchange. Then Jennifer wouldn't even suggest a different shoe. The thing is I didn't have to get my shoes there. I can expense them out. Rest assured my company will hear about it.

I called ahead. Missy held the shoes I wanted for pick up and hooked me up with another great pair of shoes my husband needed.  Very friendly staff and great selection and stock in store!  Conveniently off the interstate.  I will come here again!
