Very helpful staff. If you bother to ask they will advise you on various types of things such as navigating the building and religious etiquette. Just remember not to run in the hallways. The Ugandans find this very disrespectful and will ask for a proper reason for your actions. If you are unable to explain your matter try clicking noises. Otherwise they'll have to spit on you as it is their traditional way of executing illegal trespassers.

Very helpful staff showed me the way. Their queen was polite and the commander was friendly. However, there is one complaint i am making. I will not take off any stars as it is part of their culture, but when i entered they started clicking and going "bwah" and the only way to make them shut up was to confirm that i indeed had ebola. Overall 11/10 would go again

Very helpful they always follow the commander and the queen. They obviously know the way and are very helpful in showing you the way. They always know if there is a fake queen and they will spit on them if they walk in the embassy and their clicking is on point. Going to Uganda is da wae to go!

I was very satisfied with the service provided. The atmosphere is welcoming and the embassy staff was exceptional. Other embassies should take example of Uganda's. This is definitely da wae to go.

The staff is very professional and helpful. You can ask for directions and they'll show you the way. One thing is, if you're not the queen, the locals will spit on you, but this is reasonable and fair because the queen always knows the way.
