I am actually going to give this a negative 75,000 stars. It's torture to be ignored and never have your calls answered or your emails. And this is worse than the worst. Tata. Good luck getting your ratings up.

I would give ZERO star to Chinese Embassy Visa Office. 
 there is a consul who is very nice totally different from others, the star is for him. Even though I am Chinese, I would say that this visa office has no good point. It has very bad management，every staff inside the glass looks like that you owe him/her, or you bother him/her. The security staff are ver impolite, they will say "I can kick you out" to answer all your question about their mistakes. Why not say"sorry' rather than "kick out". I heard one security told a woman who was looking for help and complained about the phone, he said"YES. We never answer the phone." BTW, the place are crowded and noisy.

I wasn't sure if I was still in America, worse, I was afraid they may not let me out after I asked about China torturing dogs to make the meat tastier? The Psycopathic People's  Repulsive Republic of China.

i was disappointed in the fact that nobody answered the phone number I had called, but I decided to drive over there & I applied for my visa & now have it 4 business days later. All good

Very unprofessional service; they don't answer phone; unnecessarily strict on forms and applications (basically having a side business upstairs charging money to improve applications, that is unnecessary)
