I called to get a question answered by a staff at the Kuwaiti embassy, but instead I was hung up on and spoken to by someone who is considerably unprofessional, rude, immature argumentative and disrespectful. Employees need training on customer service because my experience with this nasty person was unacceptable and I hope no one has to encounter this type of meanness when asking for help when the website is not clear. If someone is not having a good day then they don't need to be at work lashing out at others. Please consider who is working with the public at the Kuwaiti embassy because they are the face of the company. I am utterly disgusted by the individuals I spoke to for help. New employees are my recommendation!

very unhelpful, idiots, dont know how anyone their has a job. every time i call this guy who breathes as if he was at least 400lbs. every word that came out of his mouth was fallowed by a short breath. I was more concerned for him then trying to get answers to my situation. anyway after intense research and calls to overseas i finally found out what information i needed. i sent in the things for an emergency travel document. the passport expires in june and i am unable to leave until july. I was told that they would issue that document when the passport expires. cause why would anyone spend 50.00 usd to get a document while their passport is still good? These Morons sent me a document that expires 3 days after my passport.... unbelievable how slow people can be here.

The Ambassador to the United States does the best job representing his country -- he is such a genial man, yet, serious at doing the best for his country -- and, his wife is an outstanding partner to her husband.  Kuwaiti's can be proud of their representation and their government.  I have found the Kuwaiti royal family to genuinely care about Kuwaitis and to plan very carefully for the good of the country.  I'm so glad that Kuwait is free.  It's nice to have progressive leadership.
