Excellent and fast customer service. They treat people with respect. The new system of dealing with customers has been improved a lot. Online appointment can be made and save a plenty of time at embassy. Finally, I would say “ Great” and like to see same improvement in other departments of Pakistan. Dr.Haider

Great customer service! My father and I came to renew my Pakistani passport. First Lady was extremely nice and quick to verify all our documents. Next, the man who took our pictures was also very friendly. Felt very comfortable and they even provided us with a return mail envelope! Really nice people at the embassy. I recommend to go on weekday because there are barely any lines.

Excellent service, and excellent customer service. They replied to my email promptly. I also spoke with the staff and they were able to answer my questions. I sent my passport for visa, and received it back on the 8th day (this was regular, not urgent service). They do need to update visa information on their website ( it says 4 photographs but application says 2 photographs are required). Also, the format and language on visa application needs improvements ( at present, some questions are quite ambiguous).

Everyone working in there was very kind and helpful the whole process of getting the visa was fast and easy! I'm not sure what some reviews are talking about. Everyone I encountered in there was super nice and very professional.

It gives me great pleasure to write about my recent experience at the Pakistan Embassy Counsular Section. On Tuesday last (November 7, 2017). I visited the Embassy to apply for a new Pakistan Passport. I was met by Muhammad Ali. he were very extremely helpful and kind while assisting me to complete the process. He extended courtesies which were exemplary. I take this opportunity to thank them for their kind attention and highly commend them for highly professional approach treatment of visiting clients both Pakistanis and those whom seek Pakistan Visa.
