Tried to get answers to my UI claim but this office is only for disability and appeals. All the rooms were quiet with very little people but the workers were completely unhelpful. “You have to call, you can’t visit an office”

Been on disability the first time in 2016 after my back surgery. Went through hell trying to get my benefits then alot of late charges on my bills. Now 2 years later going in for more surgery and they are not depositing my benefits again. Why do they treat us this way and make us go to there office to find out where our money is.. government= REDICULOUS and constant disappointment

The lady who makes the interview by phone was rude and partial, she did not even listen to me, she did not even let me speak, she did not call at the time as she says, then she calls around three pm pretending she did it in the morning, she treated me like i have doing something wrong. she doesn't try to help me at all. she makes me scare to ask her something. I was like this is an interview or an arraignment... Jesus Christ

10/5/17 I do not know the name of the older lady with short white hair BUT she was extremely rude. She would not let me ask my question about Paid Family leave, she insist on speaking and did not provide me the opportunity to speak. I waited while she looked for the form which I said I did not need. Her attitude was very dismissive These people need to remember who pays their salary! Its the tax payers!!! I was very upset, my husband is very ill and I took the time to go to the office since you cannot get a live person on the phone.
