Wonderful and caring customer service.  I was searching for a living arrangement as a memorial, which I had found on Sophia's website.  I called the shop directly and spoke with Lucy who helped me customize the order.  She then texted me a picture of the arrangement when it was finished so I could see the final design... a personal touch that I really appreciated.

I was referred to this flower shop by the mortuary for my sister's funeral. I was immediately impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff was. The owner, Lucy was so helpful. She spent time showing me colors of flowers and made sure I understood what I was ordering. The shop had beautiful dsplays and was very neat. Also, the prices are very fair and less than other shops I checked. While Lucy was finishing my order, I began to cry. She took the time to come over to the other side of the counter and hug me. I would recommend this floral shop to anyone and I will definitely go there again!!!!!

The owners were very helpful and sweet. They were not pushy at all and helped me pick out flowers for my father's funeral. They even let me customize colors for the arrangements until I was happy with my choice. The flowers arrived on time and everything looked beautiful for my Dad.
