I continue to be amazed with chiropractic care and Dr. Jeff. His knowledge, understanding and compassion is professional and exceeds expectations. Dr. Jeff was recommended to me by a friend and I arrived at his office after hours. (His schedule was full). He stayed late to see me because of how severe my pain was. His primary concern was to relieve my pain just a bit for the night till he could do a complete evaluation. He did a thorough intake and asked me to return the next day after he had reviewed my new patient history, x-rays and his exam. I left his office in less pain than when I arrived. The next day he explained his findings and supported his recommendation of treatment. It's been 10 weeks of treatments, gradually added exercises and constant support. He would encourage on the days of tears, and present the next step on days of accomplishments. His technique is experienced and reassuring. It is easy to go for an appointment and I ALWAYS leave feeling better. I highly recommend Dr. Jeff!

If you are skeptical about Chiropractic care, don't be. Dr. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable in his field and can help you with probably any pain you could have in any stage of life. My first testimony is when rolled my foot playing soccer and he had me back to playing within a couple weeks when I was barely able to put pressure on it when I walked in to his office. My second testimony is now that I'm 20 weeks pregnant, my lower back has been a mess and my nerve was being pinched. I was in a crying amount of pain taking Tylenol every 3 hours for the weekend. I went into Dr. Jeff on Monday and Tuesday for adjusting and by Tuesday afternoon, I am pain free. My third testimony is that I sit at a computer every day and have in the past had so much tension in my shoulders and upper back and with regular adjustments, I don't have any of that tension anymore. Finally, my overall health is excellent. I have been going to Dr. Jeff for 2-3 years now and haven't had to go to a doctor once for an illness and that included working part time and going to school full time for one of those years where my stress level was at it's peak. So, go see Dr. Jeff if you have pain anywhere, not just in the back. You won't regret it.

Dr. Jeff is the best! After years of office computer work I had neck and shoulder stiffness and pain. Dr. Jeff's home exercises and office visits have allowed me to turn my head with no pulling or pain when backing my car out of the driveway. I can work at the computer again without my neck and shoulder hurting.

Dr Jeff changed my life. I was fortunate enough to meet him at the Encinitas Street Faire in October 2010 and started care shortly thereafter. I have suffered low back pain and neck pain accompanied by poor sleep and frequent headaches. After my very first adjustment--going in with a headache--I left relieved of the pressure in my head. The headache was GONE! now, not everything is instantaneous; chiropractic care is no different than any other treatment. It takes dedication on your part and commitment to your wellness; Dr Jeff is merely the vehicle to get you to where you want to be. Dr Jeff's generosity and continued support of me during some of the roughest times of my life are further testimony of his kindness and honest caring for my well being. Thank you, Dr Jeff. For everything. And if you don't pick Dr Jeff, you are really missing out on something magnificent: a better YOU.
