Dr. O'Reilly is awesome! She listens, and, whether she cares or not, she made me feel that she cares. She did a fantastic job on the nasal polyp procedure for me. If you're having sinus issues, she's the one dr. you need to see!

Multiple generations of my family have been patients at ENT of Northern VA and have had superior care and service over the years. My most recent visits were with Dr. Oppenheim and I was extremely satisfied with his expertise, professionalism, thoroughness, and bed side manner. A better physician or admin staff would be hard to find!

The other reviews made me a little nervous but I have to fully disagree with the poor reviews. I just returned from seeing dr. Oppenheim for my daughter. The front desk was nothing but kind, smiley and punctual. Dr Oppenheim was thorough and sat with my daughter, was kind and informative. I DO recommend.

i wish i could give 0 starts, but here's my experience. upon arrival, the three people sitting at the front desk were extremely rude and obviously had plenty of other places they'd rather be. then, after waiting 10+ minutes in the waiting lobby, i was sent back to another room to wait an additional 30 minutes for Dr. Oppenheim to come in. he visited with me for less than 5 minutes. i was charged almost $300 AFTER insurance for him to literally look up my nose, still not tell me what the problem was, and prescribe prednisone. my nose had been stuffed for 6+ months, i told him my symptoms and listed all my problems etc, he looked up my nose, wrote down a prescription & dismissed me. i let him know that i was on two other medications following a wisdom teeth removal and he told me "don't take that, take the prednisone and finish up with other prescription upon finishing prednisone" (as if prednisone mattered more than the two open wounds in my mouth.) i was told to come back for a follow up, was never given a reminder for the follow up doctors appointment as they had told me they'd call me a day prior to confirm i was still coming in upon missing the appointment i never received a call to let me know that the appointment was missed or anything of the nature. finally, i called to see when my appointment was and was told "it was a missed appointment and the doctor isn't available for another 2+ weeks. sorry" and hung up on. this doctor and his reception desk were terrible! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
