I had an awesome experience purchasing my new vehicle - 2015 Nissan Rogue. Steven was very attentive to what I was looking for and made very sure that he communicated with me every step of the way. He was pleasant, showed great customer service and he made me smile in several conversations we had with one another. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person to deal with than Steven. It helps that I am an Enterprise employee because I know the reputation and values of the company. I'm always thrilled to hear people express their happiness with the company and the experience they have had in buying a car. Steven brought the whole way Enterprise does business to the table and he did a tremendous job!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

the car and care was great. the only thing was that I couldn't get the cruise control to work. They said they would look at it, but no one ever did. other than that, it was an amazing experience

One of the best experiences I've had when purchasing a car. Staff is wonderful and the whole process of buying a car from beginning to end was amazing! My car runs great too.

Great service and car!! I worked with Robert and Jeremy in regards to getting my new car. Robert held the car for me the same day I contacted him about it, even after others made inquiries.. Jeremy provided me with affordable payment options for the car.. The car itself is in great condition! They will actually work with you to get you driving!!

I had a very unfortunate experience and I was really surprised because I have always had excellent service when renting a car. I would not recommend this location for purchasing a car. I was so looking forward to a good experience...spoke to finance manager, Tony, after waiting on my salesmen,  Mike, to call me back and he (Tony) could have cared less about my experience...I don't mind getting denied, but don't have me wait for weeks, then ask me repeatedly about a trade, be aware that I am trying to get the title for the trade,  then say go online and fill out an application-I say to him; I've  already did one in person with Robert, call you numerous times to follow up and then someone finally says, you should talk to finance.   The response is then well he doesn't know anything about the finance part. So when I call, why wouldn't he let me speak to someone in finance or ask them the status instead of prolonging the process and not communicating anything and then the manager's response is insincere and unauthentic.
