I recently came in for a specific car, the salesman was very helpful and asked if I was ok with speaking to the manager Chris. I agreed and we went over the features I wanted and yet he tried to sell me what they had in stock he proceeded to order the car I wanted color and features I left a deposit and did a credit app because he really made me feel comfortable with their process with out over promising me like Plaza did and couldn't deliver. Their new staff is an amazing group and I recommended my mother and husband who both bought cars from salesman John Carroll and Ryan. FYI I read these other reviews none of them made sense like I've never heard of a dealer adding I plates, sales tax in Missouri or not shop for the best bank deal possible. I will continue to buy my cars here and save money .

Cool staff helped me out with my horible situation when bomm said no. Holla at Chris Kemp when you go and tell him kevin sent you so we can split the referal fee down the middle.

Don't go here.. Missing parts in back of trunk when they asked me for me to bring car back for inspection. Lied about loan price..Take advantage of elderly seniors and women buyers.. Scammers..DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS PLACE UNTIL THE ORIGINAl OWNER of the car lot do A CLEAN SWEEP and hire HONEST PEOPLE

I had a horrible experience here. Christy called and asked me to come in around 830a and I told her I had to work. She asked me to bring in my information and complete the credit app. I came in at 9am to fill out the paperwork. There was no one there to assist me when I came in. I went to work. I called and the manager Joe went off on me for not staying. He was disrespectful and hung up on me. 

Please make sure your staff is aware of your policies. Do not try to punish customers for miscommunication. Listen and stop trying to talk over people.
