Took my VT in for an oil change yesterday. They did a good job. I arrived at 7 am and left by 8 am. Which is decent timing considering they washed and vacuumed the car. I usually change my own oil and it would take me about the same time to do all that if I moved quickly.  They didn't up sell me on anything and I even had the mechanic come out and show me how to reset my oil change indicator light which was nice.

My recent service experience @ Mungenast Hyundai was excellent. Alyssa was responsive to all of my needs and was a pleasure to do business with. 

I especially appreciated the loaner car given to me since final repair would be delayed over a weekend. This exemplifies your commitment to my complete satisfaction and I thank you for that.

I would also like to thank Jason (new service advisor) and Glen (service technician) for answering my technical questions during Alyssa's absence. 

My wife & I thank you for the gracious manner in which we were treated.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jean Burman was great and extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience at Mungenast Hyundai was so different from every other interaction I’ve had with a dealership. Everyone was so genuine and incredibly helpful. The whole process was a breeze and my husband and I felt so well taken care of.

Short version-Had car brake flush serviced here in recent Months. When i returned for oil change informed advisor Karen my brake oil was black. Mungenast made it right! I was stressed about it and ready for a debate but to my suprise, there was no debating.  They just made it right.  All I can say is Thank You for being above the rest! I'm a satisfied customer.
