This was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Lucas Bruno was my sales agent along with Paul the financing manager. They went over and beyond to get me in my vehicle. The most awful service we have ever experienced. When trying to get an oil change we have driven multiple times to the dealerships after calling and setting up an appointment only to drive and hour and be told they have no time. Extremely irresponsible. When we call they say no appointment is needed and when we show up they say we need an appointment. No one knows what they are doing. The managers voicemail is full and he cant be reached. When we asked in person to speak with him we are told he is off today, when we called a few minutes later we are told he is with a customer. So someone is lying.

Bought a brand new Jetta and they beat every price that every dealership in the area offered me, even one in their own network. I got the paperwork done during my lunch break. I came back later that evening to drop off my check and was out and driving in less than an hour. When I arrived the car was out front waiting for me washed, detailed, and had a full tank of gas. There was zero pressure from anyone, You think they would push hard on the extended warranty spiel but even that was low pressure. Driven 200 miles and this thing still has over a half tank of gas left... Zero buyers remorse, 10/10 will buy again.

Joe Grayson is a great person to work with when buying a car. I purchased a 2017 Golf R today for a price that I didn't even think was possible. He was a straight shooter and didn't hassle me. I reccomend anyone that is looking for a new car to go to Hazzlewood Bommarito and talk to Joe. Other than of my questions.

Chuck in sales is AMAZING! No pressure, willing to look up whatever information I wanted about the cars and offers and then let me make my own decision without rushing me. Price was great and the car even better! The service department is the best I've experienced: courteous, kind, on time and fair. The only thing I would change would be the waiting room, but that's a VERY SMALL issue compared to how great the people, pricing and service. I bought my car 3 1/2 years ago so I've had a lot of time to experience anything bad in service but it's only been great!  I've recommended this dealer to all my friends who are willing to listen and 1 actually bought a car from Chuck.
