My car got struck by lightning on 6/14/17 and it got towed to Gateway, which is NOT the dealer that I purchased it from. The service staff have been EXCELLENT to work with. It's been a seek and find to figure out which parts need to be fixed, and they offered me a loaner vehicle before insurance gave me my rental car, and AFTER my insurance took my rental car 30 days afterwards. It's been 5 weeks since my car got struck, and Jeremy M in Services in particular have been extremely helpful and I'm super grateful to them for all of the help!

The service was good but I went in for one thing and was charge a different thing.  I went in for a Maintenance 2 and ended up paying for a transmission flush totaling $200+. When I brought it to the clerks attention, he said he would be clearer next time.

Bought a vehicle on or around May 18, 2017. I know this because the Temp Tags expired on June 18th, 2017. It is now July 11th, and have not received the title. Apparently, after reading the reviews, we are not alone in this situation. Gateway DID give us a loaner vehicle but NOTE: that I'm sure we are alone in this category since the vehicle we purchased is in the shop for repair, and were given the loaner because of this and NOT due to the temp tags expiring. 
The Sales staff and finance were amazing. However, after multiple attempts at reaching the title department, our phone calls are going unreturned. We now feel as though we are left without other options and will be contacting the Attorney Generals Office as well as exploring our options with our attorney. At this point we have run out of patience.

Bought a car 5 weeks ago - the sales and finance staff were very nice. However, I am still waiting on my title so I can license my new vehicle. Despite several phone calls and messages and a couple of polite assurances, I am still waiting.  Oh, and driving on expired temp tags. 

Very disappointing.
