I always rented cars with Enterprise! I was a loyal customer, but this last time, I rented a car in Phoenixville-PA for a weekend, two weeks later they charged an additional costs on my credit card of $11,59, and now almost a month later $6,75!! 
I went to the store, they don't have any information on their system! I sent an email, and they called me saying that it was a tool that I didn't pay! 
I asked for all the information, when, where was the tool, time, and everything, because if I have to pay for something I JUST want to know what it is!!! 
But NOBODY answered me!! 
I will not recommend Enterprise to anyone again!!

Awesome expirience. The person who picked me up was friendly, made conversation and was very nice. The manager at the store was informative and called to make sure I was satisified.

I had to fly in to Phoenixville by myself to handle a very difficult situation.  I needed to be able to get around easily while in town.  The people at Enterprise were extremely kind, helpful, and reassuring.  The car was clean and in great condition.  I would highly recommend them any day of the year!
