Edited Comment: Below was my original comment. I received a call from the regional manager of this branch (Steve). He was extremely helpful and helped us with a refund. Even though the initial experience was tough, I really appreciate a company with good resolution support. Thank you Steve!

"This was an extremely unfortunate experience for me and my wife and deserves to be commented about. Basically the initial experience was okay, we went in together and checked in, the guy at the desk was nice, he helped us get into a more suitable/comparable car to the one we have that was being fixed. HOWEVER, as soon as I left (thinking we were done, they were already in the rental car checking to make sure it was okay) he COMPLETELY TRICKED her into buying DW (damage waiver). This was NOT presented as optional. It was presented as "you could use Enterprise insurance or your own insurance". There was no saying that  this was optional and additional insurance and that our insurance company may already cover use of a rental car. Additionally, this was NOT presented as something that would be us paying out of pocket. If either of these comments were made, there is no way we would have gotten this additional optional insurance. Please be wary of this, I consider this a scam. After talking to the manager at the Collegeville Enterprise, all they could do is waive half of the cost. We still have to pay $250 dollars. This is not okay in my book, I would rate 0 stars if I could."

Alex, Matt and Nick are "The Best" when it comes to providing the utmost in Customer Satisfaction! As a regular customer  for over a year, I recommend the Collegeville Enterprise to everyone who needs to rent a car.

I had a very positive experience here and would definitely come back and recommend it to others. The customer service is great, friendly staff and minimal wait time.

I am not sure why they would rent a car with a bad trans without letting me know before hand. The car had 33,000 miles on it and I am sure that
someone before me had to let them know. The trans problem was a major
problem with Ford. I was not concerned about the car not getting me where I was going but it would have been proper to say something 
before I rented it. They did call me a few days after I picked the car up
and I am sure it was because they were concerned. The car did get me 
where I needed to go for the whole week  but I feel that it was not good
customer relations to let the car go out without some kind of notice

Rented a car for a business trip from Philly suburbs to Boston area. The car was great, particularly because it was a hybrid and despite most of the driving being highway, achieved 48 MPG. But more importantly, the service was great and Matt and Emily were friendly and efficient. The trip was unexpected, but Enterprise stepped up and had a car ready for me by the time I arrived.
