The service here is slow.. when we went to give back the rental car, they took around half an hour... no one was there to take care for that long time

I had no choice as to which company I got my rental car as it was through insurance after someone rear ended me. They made an inconvenient situation even worse by mishandling my reservation. The employee I spoke with on the phone who made the mistake must have been very inexperienced, and would benefit from more training. This location didn't provide me with any acceptable solutions after their employee made the mistake. Instead, I am further inconvenienced. I will absolutely not be returning when I have a choice in the future.

Good cars with Great customer service at this location. This was the first time i rented their car and i hope to continue in future. The staff is very professional and friendly. Quick pick up service and they even dropped me which was not their part.

Hard to find excellent customer service these days. Every member shined and went the extra mile for my family and I. Specifically, Matt Harris. He and his team have made my multiple visits an enjoyable experience.
