Very dishonest customer service, loopholes everywhere. Front desk person tried everything to lure you into something you do not need and when you check out, you will find yourself fighting with some mathematical illiteracy. I was told if I rented a car day one and returned the second day even within 24 hrs it will be counted as 2 days. Absolutely absurd! When you insist they will pretend to check in their system and tell you in a few seconds that they waive the fee for the "extra" day for you. Now they behave as if they are doing you a favor. What a blast! And this is not over yet. When they are trying to do you a favor, they "refund" a lesser amount. Few bucks here and there, makes you wonder if it is worth your time, but at the same time definitely feel disgusting.
During the time I was waiting in line another customer was fighting with the same problem. So be extra cautious if you have to deal with them. I recommend avoid them for good.

I visited this location for the first time to grab a rental car after my car was in the body shop. My insurance company was covering the costs for this car. I went inside and was greeted and I clearly stated that I wanted the cars that were covered by the policy. The guy took us outside to look at two options and we chose one. We did a walk around the car and he asked us if we wanted insurance on the car. We both said no before he went on and explained it because we clearly did not want to insure this car. After we said no he went inside told us to sign in two places and initial in 4 spots on the form. He did not once smile and did not tell us the keys were in the car. Rather we had to ask where the keys were and he nodded his head in the direction of the door and said "in the car" with slight attitude. He also did not say thank you after doing the paperwork rather we put on a smile and said thank you to him. Body language and attitude was at most decent at first and then changed in to negative when declining the insurance policy. Would not go back here ever because customer service sucks. Only went here cause we were helpless and needed a car but willingly will never set foot into this place.

Customer friendly place, they take care of customers well if something is reported to be bad. Have good collection of cars to choose from.
