My experience with Enterprise rental was a good one. The people was very courteous and kind I had to get a ride home and the young man was so delightful it was refreshing.

By far the greatest customer service I've had in a long time both upon picking and returning the car. There was a guy by the name of Aaron who made sure everything went well extremely friendly and courteous. This is the only place I'm renting a car from if at all possible!

Good place to rent a car. Do it a decent time in advance get a better deal. Staff are nice and try to help you a lot.

Continuation : Just because,  I, William McConneghey did not return Mr. Aarons phone call the Nissan Altima was given to someone else. To which Mr. Aaron then tells me that, I can use their pick-up Truck and when, I protested he made it seem that it was my problem and it was nothing he could do about it.  Even though my sister, Lillian and I, William McConneghey were both looking at a Jeep Compass and another Nissan Altima as well as other cars. Then Mr. Aaron became intrusive with my whereabouts with regards to my traveling with the car and when my response was "...I never had to answer that before..." he said that is their policy although I didn't hear or his colleagues ask that of any other customer.  Lastly, when,  I turned down extra insurance coverage he then wanted proof of my insurance.  I again responded that this has never been rays l requested of me before him and his colleague both said it was Enterprises policy although, I've been renting from them for the last two years and never was this asked of me.  I even reminded him, that I was actually using some of my Enterprise Rental points but he insisted on seeing proof of insurance after he stated all he needed was the policy number. I gave him that and he then replied that he needed to see my insurance ID cards.
Nevertheless, I will never rent from this place again particularly if they insist on acting as though their customer is a criminal instead of a customer.
