My family and I rented  a transit 15 passenger van for a week .  The van was very comfortable,  easy to handle and low gas mileage.  Grant, sale representatives  was very informative  regarding  policy of any sudden car trouble.   Oh, by the way  all passengers  were senior citizens.  I explain to Grant  that some of the passengers  had. Back trouble,  but no one  complain about the ride  (a 16 hour drive).  Oh yes, I'm  an enterprise plus member.  I always use  enterprise and refer enterprise to my fridnds.  Keep up the good work.

Everything was smooth , driver picked me up with my ride on E , then only filled the tank half way that was a little weird.

I rented from enterprise in Biloxi last weekend (because the enterprise in Pascagoula is only open for 4 hours on saturdays) and dropped off in Pascagoula. Today I go to rent another vehicle from the enterprise in Pascagoula (because they are still open), and the guy says we have to have a credit card or LOCAL address to rent. Now this is the same man that I spoke to 3 days prior when dropping the 1st car I rented off, AND he was the same man who gave me  a ride back to the hotel I'm staying at, and told me to come back and rent from them. 
My only question is... why would I need a local address to rent a car? I'm staying at a hotel and I am not from here. Obviously, if I was from here and did have a local address, I WOULDN'T need a rental. I'd drive my personal vehicle. How does enterprise rent cars to people from out of town in this case? How the hell do you make money? Locals rarely need rentals. People need rentals for travel. The other issue here was our debit/credit card. It MUST BE a credit card. You're telling me if I have $1000 in cash... I still need to pay with a credit card? This wasn't the case, but I definitely didn't have double that amount in my bank. I have bank of america. The debit cards can be processed as credit. I know this for FACT. AND the enterprise in Biloxi seemed to know this magical information, and did so. This is how I got a rental last weekend. This guy didn't even attempt to run my card, he just turned us away. Again, how do you make money when you have customers, with money, willing to pay money? Very odd experience. For all car rental places. I guess that why Uber and Lyft were invented, and are cheaper.

I enjoyed the experience. I requested a certain size car and there was not one available the size I wanted which was a full size. However, I was ok with the mid. Everything was clean with a full tank of gas. The miles were very low. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. I even received a follow-up call to make sure that everything was going well.
