Wonderful experience. You just don't find customer service like this any more. They were short-staffed, but as helpful and friendly as they could possibly be. Because it took longer than expected to pick me up, they gave me a free class upgrade without asking for it and were as accommodating as they could be. I also watched them deal with a difficult customer like no one I've ever seen. Super calm and friendly and the customer was as happy as can be when he left. I was really impressed. Highly recommended.

We rented a Dodge Journey as part of an insurance claim with State Farm. The car was delivered to us filthy. There was trash from the previous renter throughout the car. Also, there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke throughout the car. When we complained about it to the customer representative he said, it was from dirty kids and that some people just bring their cars back this way. The smell of the car was so bad; there were air fresheners placed under all the seats, in the air conditioning vents and in every cup holder in the car. The smell of the air fresheners was more offensive that the heavy cigarette smoke smell. I had to take the car to the local car wash and clean it myself, so we could keep it for the term of our rental. This is not the first bad experience I have had with Enterprise. I am an Enterprise Plus Member and would frequently rent from my local Enterprise Office, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Then one day, they decide they would not honor my rental reservation unless I was able to produce my Insurance Card. When I informed the agent that I did not have the card on me, and that I was an Enterprise Plus Member, she decided that I needed a lecture on how this was against state law and that under the law, the card had to be in my possession at all times. That's the day, when I decided that Enterprise no longer needed my business. I would not have rented from Enterprise this time had it not been for the State Farm Insurance claim. I foolishly thought that since this was a State Farm claim, their customer service standards would have been extremely high. Thanks for proving me WRONG Enterprise. Jack Taylor would be turning over in his grave, if he knew how sorry the company's current standards are. I hope Andrew Taylor, Donald Ross, Pamela Nicholson see this review. I hope they can get a grasp on just how sorry their associates in the field are. Their local representatives have no team spirit and no concept that their jobs are dependent on the success of the customer experience. If these people are representative of the kind of people that will be running Enterprise in the future, then you should save everyone the trouble and just declare bankruptcy. Please save everyone the headache of thinking that Enterprise will or can deliver on their customer’s expectations. You should start by changing your name to CRAPPY RENT-A-CAR, so that customer expectations are properly set before we come in to your offices. I am also a Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Member. The team at Enterprise is terrific. Friendly and helpful people who provide excellent service. The ability to have someone transport you to and from the convenient location is invaluable to me. Keep up the good work!

Everything was excellent with the car's function. The staff was friendly and handled my needs quickly. The only problem was no tag on my vehicle. I mentioned this before leaving and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Took my rental paperwork and hit the road. Less than two hours into the trip I was pulled over by state police because there was no tag. After a roadside Q & A session the officer was satisfied and I was on my way again. A stress boost and constant thought in the back of my mind for the rest of the trip. First time I have ever had a rental without a tag. Last time too.

I have been doing business with Enterprise in Ocean Springs for yrs and never had any problems until recently. My last two visits have been very unpleasant. I reserved the 9.99 special online. This reservation was made a wk in advance. when I went to retrieve the vehicle, they had given it to someone else and didn't have anymore available. I had to wait almost 2 hrs for a car. I checked out Friday and returned Sunday night. After waiting 2 days for my deposit bk i had to call them. I was told the vehicle hadn't been fully checked back in yet. This confused me as it has been 2 days. I questioned why and Shyla was unable to give me an answer and asked to call me bk. I refused telling her I would hold on while she got an answer from the mgr. Then i was told I would not be receiving my full deposit because I had it longer than reserved for. Absolutely not true. Once I corrected that I was told I had gone over the allowed mileage which was also false. They overcharged me almost 37 dollars. I drove the car a total of 3 times and each trip was less than a 10 minute drive. I have no idea what happened to the honest employees and great customer service reps who were once employed there but this place has gone down. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
