I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother Lutgarda Henderson. She recently rented a car from Enterprise on Niantic Ave and had the pleasure of working with Stephen. She has rented before many times, and at different locations, and was extremely pleased with Stephens professional services and how helpful and courteous he was. This location has a great staff, particularly Ronnie.  They took great care of me once the "other" insurance company stopped payment on my rental.  Once I returned the car they awaited payment, patiently I might add, from my lawyer.  Can't say enough about this location.  Will only ever rent from them going forward. And will refer friends and family here!    Great job!

Nothing but great things to say about the Enterprise location in Cranston, RI. The manager Ronnie and his staff were extremely courteous and professional, while making sure and my needs were met. In addition, the cost of the vehicles were very reasonable, especially when compared to renting at the airport. I recommend to anyone in need of a rental to give this location a try.  You'll definitely be pleased!

As a first time renter, I was very pleased except with one issue. The reps were great in assisting me. The issue I had was soon taken care of. I look forward to renting again.
