Easy online reservation, quick and easy service while picking up the car and dropping it off. Dropped off a day early and was prorated and money was back in my acct very quickly! They were even willing to drop me off when I dropped off the car and wouldn’t have a ride!

I have been renting from this location for several years whenever possible (depending upon arrival days & times) during visits to a local nursing home; having been a 20 yr customer of Enterprise in general. Staff are consistently personable, professional and congenial. The Manager has always been available to answer questions and seek to be accommodating. There have not been any problems with cars provided (Important since time is limited and being at the Home with my Mom a priority) Wish they could be open longer hours! Highly recommended.

I generally receive great customer service at this location but was a bit disappointed my last visit. When I arrived to return my rental the location was extremely busy due to it being a holiday weekend. I arrived prior to the return time but it took a while until I was attended to. When I was checked out I was charged a Late fee when the rental was in the lot prior to the return time. I don't think that was good customer service at all. The representative should not have charged being aware that they had a long line and wait and that I was there for over a half hour waiting to be checked out. The best person to deal with there is Brianne.

Great cars to choose from. The managers are excellent. I rent quite a bit, mainly from the Sabin St location. Love Michaela and Ashley.

Horrible rental experience. Not sure if this was due to the rental being obtained through my car insurance, but everything seemed to go wrong with this rental. First off, the customer service at enterprise (1-800 number) should know enough not to send you to their locations that are closed at the time you are trying to rent the vehicle or to their airport location that does not provide car rentals for insurance claims. I wasted time and money having to take Uber to that airport location! When I finally got a rental on the following Monday ( the accident was early Saturday morning), I was given a car with stained seats, a terrible dirty smell, and a front seat the was stuck in the closest position to the steering wheel. Besides having to drive in a cramped uncomfortable position, I discovered I had no windshield washer fluid so I could see clearly in bad winter weather conditions. I had to get to work so I took it thinking I could deal with it temporarily and I had no alternative. When i called to request a replacememt vehicle, I was promised another compact car would be available when I went in. This was not the case. I was told there were no cars available in the class covered by my insurance. As I was telling the employee I had confirmed the rental the previous day, another customer rejected a Kia Soul he was offered so I was told I could rent that at an additiinal cost since it wasnt a compact. I agreed, since AGAIN, I had to get to work. Now made late twice. When I get in the car, I was greeted with an overwhelming aroma of marijuana or close facsimile! I immediately go back in to tell the staff so I won't be charged for smoking in the car. "Oh, we can just have it detailed when you bring it back" was the response. No apology or offer to get me another car. I had to pick up my school age children in that car. They also noticed the smell and thankfully thought it was cigar smoke or the like. I again had to call for a replacement rental to be picked up the next day. After speaking at length with the rep who was unlucky enough to answer the phone at the post road location, I was guaranteed another vehicle when I came in on that Friday. Finally, I was provided a clean, odor free car alas still no windshield washer fluid like the Kia as well. I was called after my two week rental was completed for a customer service survey. I had plenty to say. After numerous apologies, the rep named Phil agreed to refund the amount I was charged for the Kia Soul since it's cost was more than my insurance policy covered. They did not have a rental available in my covered range though I confirmed the request beforehand, so I don't think I should've been charged. It is now more than a month later and I still see no credit on my credit card statement. So in essence, I feel these people seem to tell you what you want to hear on the phone but fail to deliver. Also, the phone reps don't know how to properly provide rental assistance on the weekend. They refer you to closed locations and airport locations that can't rent you a vehicle for an insurance claim. Poor service, unkept promises of a credit, they cost me time and lost wages, unnecessary Uber cost to the airport, and just an overall bad experience with this enterprise location and the weekend phone reps.
