I returned the car empty tank assuming that I will get prepay rate. But since I didn't select prepay at the time of booking, they charged me predetermined rate which was double. I told them that I can fuel the gas and bring the car back, but they closed the file and were not able to open again. Since I wasn't out of the door, they should always be able to reopen. When I tried to argue, they said that I should have talked before closing file. Since I am customer, they should explain me about all the charges before closing file. They didn't do this. I paid 15 bucks extra for the fuel. The lady in the office was also not talking nicely. I'm giving 3 stars just because car was really nice.

Great experience.  Got a nicer car than we had booked, they gave us a heads up that we could pay $15 more for an additional 4 days (getting the weekly rate) and staff were super courteous and quick.  Car was great.  Experience excellent.  Google Maps sent us astray finding the Wayzata location, but we go there.

I was told I would pickup the car at the collision center and instead I received a ride to this Enterprise location. I walked in and there was no one in the office. A couple minutes went by before a woman came in the the guy who picked me up. While trying to complete paper work the woman at the front counter kept answering the phone! Isn't the customer in front of you who you should be providing good customer service for? Unfortunately the 4th or 5th I got upset and asked her to NOT answer the phone again. She didn't even apologize, was just blown away. Turned out they didn't have the vehicle ready which is probably why she was stalling. The guy who picked me up was "cleaning" the vehicle. When it was delivered it was clean inside but the outside REALLY needed a car wash! I drove a disgusting bug mess of a silver SUV for 10 days. Not stellar service and very disappointed. The car drove great and it got me through needing a vehicle.
