Staff were friendly and polite, vehicle in good condition, booking easy, but a series of errors were made from pickup onward. Reserved an SUV but received a pickup truck and were only informed there was nothing else available after we'd already arrived. Vehicle wasn't ready when it was meant to be, had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Then once the vehicle was returned and payment was being made they processed a different customer's order and didn't realize until I double checked the order confirmation afterward and let them know.

I give Enterprise five stars I was going to run to car for the weekend but I ended up renting it till Tuesday with two extra days at half off the price so I thought that was a pretty good deal and they're all very professional

Just want to thank the staff at Enterprise Car Rental at Venture Lane, Eden Prairie, MN for their great service. They were especially helpful and flexible regarding drop off after hours. If only all rental transactions were this pleasant. Thank You!

I rented a car over the week of Memorial Day for a family visit to Iowa and then a few days later I rented another one through my company for a conference in La Crosse. On both occasions the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cars were ready and when I returned the car the last time they offered to give me a ride. Very pleasant experiences!

I don't know what's wrong with enterprises online reservation system but for the 3rd time I've rented a car they said was available only to be called back by the location saying they don't have any cars for rent??? 
Joe did a great job of finding me a car at the last minute, it wasn't a for sure deal so I had to make and cancel reservations and in this type of business environment doesn't look good for future endeavors.
