I was provided a vehicle while mine was being repaired.  Very satisfied with service as the rental was delivered to the shop and returned there.  The only negative was the interior of the car was not cleaned very well as there were crumbs on and between the seats along with sticky finger prints on surfaces.

The check-in was quick, efficient and friendly.  The Hopkins Enterprise office will be my "go to" rental car company from now on.

Zack was awesome. Upon arrival I noticed there were only two people on staff and it was extremely busy. I expected to be rushed  through the rental process, but Zach was very patient, attentive, and handled the constant phone call interruptions like a pro. This was my first time renting a car so I had a few questions and they were answered politely and without hesitation. I was really surprised how he was able to perform under pressure. Outstanding customer service!  

I hear stories about people returning rentals and incurring random charges for every little thing. My bill was exactly what they said it would be. I would definitely rent here again.

Enterprise in Hopkins MN has very poor customer service. I spoke with both Alison and Courtney and both were very short and eager to get off the phone. Behaved as if they didn't have time for questions and the phone call was interrupting their day. I had to change my pick up time a few times to coordinate with my work and they cut you off in the middle of asking a question to get your last name, they would answer with one word answers..... they are very unfriendly. My husband called initially to set up the rental and when I called back to see if we could change the time I also asked about a different size vehicle and Alison told me " I already told him we didn't have another size". I would not be happy if I had these two representing my company. I Will not be recommending this location to anyone. Work on your phone etiquette and customer service Enterprise Hopkins MN!

Car provided wasn't cleaned well and was required maintenance (oil/filter)...
Everything else was good: quick, not expensive...
