Had to get a rental car after my car was totalled. This place worked with the other guys insurance and everything went flawlessly! They have nice cars and the rates aren't out of this world.

The staff at a majority of their locations is amazing. The exception being the Uptown location in Minneapolis, MN. Ms Sourpuss was more than happy to get me out of her way. Every other location has been outstanding.

Friendly service, though only 1 person on staff takes a few minutes to process each person.  Great rates and no hassle compared to airport prices.  Not a convenient location though if coming from the airport, but manageable with the rail and bus ride.

as an emerald club member I was surprised when there was initial confusion of which location I was supposed to rent from. my web search would only let me make the reservation @ the saint louis park location. when I called to confirm the pick up for the next day I was told that I was outside of there area. they transferred the reservation to your lake street branch without passing along my contact information. the morning of the reservation I called to confirm the time and they confirmed. 20 minutes after the pick up time I called and they told me they didn't have my phone number. when I arrived they only had two cars. neither were desirable but since that was the choice so I picked one. after the initial snafus, the personal service was great. so clearer pickup information on the websites and better communication between branches is needed. your people are great, your system is lacking
