I was very disappointed in the service that was provided when I rented a car at this location earlier this month.  When I picked up the car the person who helped me didn't do a walk though to look over the car with me or explain the features to me before sending me on my way.  I reserved and paid for the rental in advance but when I reviewed my credit card statement after returning the car I discovered that I was charged an additional fee after returning the car.  When I contacted the rental location to inquire about the fee they told me I needed to call the 1-800 number for Budget for assistance because I didn't have a copy of my rental agreement.  I called the 800 number and was told that the charge was for a key ring because I had separated the two key fobs that were on a single ring.  When I've rented from this location in the past I've asked for two separate keys and they've told me to just cut the key ring apart.  I like to keep the keys separate because I've mistakenly locked the keys in the car in the past and I've wanted to keep one set in a separate place to avoid locking both sets in the car.  I was told that I needed to contact the rental location directly to get the additional charge refunded.  When I called the office back the employee I spoke to told me that he didn't know why I was charged a key ring fee because they didn't usually charge people for separating the keys.  He then spoke to his manager who said that they couldn't do anything to remove the charge because they didn't know which employee had submitted it and there was no way for them to refund the charge.  I told the employee that I would be taking my business elsewhere in the future.  After this experience I would not recommend renting a car from this Budget location.
