Friendly, polite and very professional staff. Pricing is about average, but they do run some very nice weekend specials at super low rates. Cars have always been clean. Always have the newest cars.

We rented a car from another Enterprise across town. Very shortly after, it became apparent the car we rented was not well taken care of. After further looking throughout the interior of the car, we noticed the back seats were very dirty and stained. There was also a strong odor throughout. By off chance, we decided to stop into this branch to see if there was anything that could be done to switch out our company rental car. Luckily we choose the right store. Jake (I hope that was his name, he had a hockey stick) was very helpful. He listened to our concerns and not only changed out the vehicle, but upgraded us to an SUV at no extra charge. Will certainly recommend this branch to folks. Thanks!

The Edina MN location can not be reached by phone. It takes a miracle to get through to them. I originally lined everything up online due to no one answering their phone. A couple days later I called several times again, to see if the car was available 2 hrs earlier than the requested pickup time. Finally got through and the gentleman was great and very helpful. Now I have to extend or just start a new reservation and would like to know the extended rate and line that up. I called 7 times over 3hrs with no luck. I called the corporate hotline, they can not give the extension rates just a new contract rate and told me to call the local store for the extension rate. They gave me their other number which turns out to be a fax number. So totally frustrated, I faxed a sheet with my number on it, telling them to call me. LOL A guy called me within 5 min from faxing them. Stay away from this branch.

I had a rental car from this location for the last week and a half. My car was being repaired because i had been rearened a few weeks ago. I had rental cars from enterprise twice previously, (not this location) with no issues. The only difference being those times i had previously purchased their insurance and this ti e i did not. Since the other persons insurance was paying I simply dropped off the car when I picked mine up a little after 3 today,  9/6. At approximately 5:40 today I got a phone call from that location alleging that there were two large dents in the top of the hood. She wanted my insurance information. I stated i need to see the damage before she gets any information from me. I denied there was any damage. My daughter was with me when i dropped it off and she said there was no damage. I stated that this is what happens when there is no agent there when i dropped it off. They can just say anything. The agent who gave me the paperwork to sign when i picked up the car said i could fill the gas tank before i brought it back but i did not need to bother because they only charge a little over $2 a gallon, when i know they charge at least $3.80 a gallon. I guess they want you to pay for extras one way or another.

Fast and friendly service that got me on my way quickly for my business trip. I appreciated the upgrade when they had no available cars in the category I had reserved.
