Couldn't have asked for better service. Four days into my week, the right rear tire picked up a nail. I was given a choice of taking it to their nearby fix-it place or to switch it out for another vehicle. I asked to switch it and got, by luck, a bit of an upgrade. The staff was professional and helpful and, even though very busy, kept good humor and patience in getting me what I needed. This is the fourth time I've rented from that location and will do so again, next time I'm in Mesa.

Very friendly and efficient people at this location. A car was available when I arrived (expected it should be), and I was on my way very quickly. When I returned the car, I commented to the check-in person that they needed to pay more attention to the inside glass, which was "foggy" and streaked. Otherwise, I have no other complaints. Gave this location five stars based on being made to feel VIP.

I can't say enough great things about Gilbert Enterprise. The customer service I receive is consistently top notch. The store manager always makes sure I drive away happy! The staff are fast, helpful and friendly.

Absolutely awesome!  Our grandson's appendix ruptured and all our plans went away. We had no one to help get the car. Enterprise picked us up in the beginning and helped return the car at the end. It was as easy as a phone call. Our vehicle was spotless and GREAT gas mileage. The staff was courteous and prompt. No question was treated with anything but courtesy and a genuine attempt to make sure we were comfortable with all our info. 
Their prices were much better than Hertz and the pick up service was the icing on the cake!!

Do not use this company, we were given a free rental car by our insurance company thru them while our car was in Berge Ford body shop.  They asked if we wanted insurance and we said no.  Everything was done on a TABLET and we signed electronically.  Apparently we didn't check to make sure the moron monkey did it correct and he left the insurance checked yes.  They are dinging us $250 for insurance we didn't want.  Worse part is they REFUSE TO WORK WITH US AND KEEP SAYING, "SORRY YOU SIGNED FOR IT".    GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE FOLKS ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL AFTER YOU RENT THEIR CAR!!!!

UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE 12-13-2017:  
The manager of this location has still refused to call us back.  He apparently is too busy to call.  We have sent an email with our information to the EMAIL listed by "The Owner", no response.  THIS PLACE STILL SUCKS.  I will continue to update this review until I get my refund on $270.

UPDATE FOR 12-14-2017:
Got phone call from Manager John finally after 4 days and an EMAIL to Customer Care.  After noting that they had billed us incorrectly (the wrong invoice) he recalculated and said the actual bill is $350 instead of $270 for the insurance we never wanted.  He did offer to SPLIT it with us.  roflmbo, my wife said, "WE DIDN'T WANT INSURANCE". he asked if he refunded would we be happy.  "WELL YES!!!"....I will update when the charges on my CC are reversed.  Until then "
