I rent cars monthly from Enterprise.  Most of the time, I am satisfied.  This time, when I requested a different car, knowing the car I was given would not be comfortable, I was told I needed to come back the day and that "you have a short rental."  Short does not matter.  I drove the car 700 miles.  It was loud and shook above 50 miles an hour. I did not feel safe or comfortable.  I know I can go to an Enterprise and change it, but when I am working as I do with the rental, I don't have time to spend like that.  Disappointing experience.

The experience was HORRIBLE! This has been one of the worst customer service relations I've have ever experienced. The branch manager Christine needs more training on how to preform quality customer service. Her lack of leadership and customer service skills trickles down to a few of her fellow employees, not all of them but a few lack professionalism and communication skills. In a brief summary I was mislead and lied to about my rental agreement. The vehicle was rented to me without any fuel that caused the vehicle to shut off minutes after leaving the premises of enterprise.  I'm dissapointed in this Enterprise branch here in East Boca, i will not be returning my business to Enterprise after this rental confrontation.

I rent cars frequently for business and recently switched to enterprise.  Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicles and lack of professionalism at the East Boca Raton location. Twice, the vehicles were not ready for my scheduled pick up time so I had to rush out not being aware I had agreed in writing (by initialing the contract that I did not have time to read) to additional insurance coverage that I had rejected verbally during the pick up/inspection process. Unethical business practices and a general manager with lack of customer service skills.

Excellent service car was waiting at the Plane fully ready to go and at the hotel they came and picked up the car did not even have to go to the Rent-A-Car location better service than the other Rent-A-Car's
