Picking up the car took only 10 minutes. The car was in perfect condition and was brand new. The price was perfect and they didn't surprise me with any hidden fees. The drop off also went smoothly. Took me less than 10 minutes to drop it off and I was on my way. Great service. Will recommend and return for future rentals. Thanks!

Usually a nice selection of vehicles and way less hassle than other rental agencies. You don't grit your teeth anticipating upsells couched as dire warnings, lol. And the staff has always been pleasant and professional.

This afternoon I returned my rental car to the Sixt location in Boca Raton, Florida after my first and last rental with your company. I returned the vehicle in perfect condition, one day early and I had filled the tank to full with gas minutes before. I had driven less than 30 miles so the gas had only cost me $4.66. The clerk that I spoke to was busy and said that I could leave the key on her desk and they would send me a receipt. She asked if everything was okay with the car and I told her that it was and that I had just filled the gas. A couple of hours later I received a statement by email that incluced a $13.99 fuel refill charge. I returned to the Sixt location, spoke to the same clerk. I was told that it was company policy to charge the service charge if the vehicle had been driven less then 70 miles and that they had added gas to the tank. I told her that that was not possible that gas had been added at Sixt as the gas would have spilled out over the car since it was completely full when I returned it. I showed her the gas station charge to my credit card for $4.66 on my cellphone application. After checking the records she agreed she had been in error and that no gas had been added at Sixt to the vehicle because it was full and told me that the manager would credit my account. My complaint is with this manager, Natali Hernandez. When she arrived I told her that if I had known the policy when I returned the vehicle I would have gone back to the gas station, which was a mile down the road, and gotten a receipt for the gas. I reiterated what had been discussed with the clerk and it was clear that no gas had been needed to fill the tank at Sixt. I told her that if it was absolutely necessary that I would return to the gas station and get a paper copy of the receipt. I understand that this is a policy that I agreed to when I signed the agreement for the rental, although I didn't read that detail. That's my responsibility. My complaint is not the policy, but rather the condescending, nasty attitude with which the manager proceeded to address me. She lectured me for almost five minute about the policy. I repeatedly told her that I understood and that if necessary I would go back to the gas station and get a copy of the receipt. Instead of responding she repeated her explanation of the company policy. I repeated that I understood the policy and asked that she remove the charge. She knew that no gas had been added by Sixt. She knew that I had a bill for $4.66 on my credit card on my phone, she knew that I had driven less than 30 miles. She fully realized that I had returned the car with the tank completely full. She could have made a good customer service decision and removed the $13.99 charge from my bill at this time. Instead of doing this, she used her power to lecture me, to keep me standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes, smirking as I became more and more frustrated with her lack of response. I finally interrupted her and said, "Please stop taking my time with this repeated explanation, I understand the policy. Just let me know if you will remove the charge since you know that the tank was full or if I have to go to the gas station and get a paper receipt." She said, "I'm sorry, that's the company rules. I can't change it." I left to get a copy of the receipt and returned a few minutes later and was given a credit for the $13.99. This person enjoyed her power over me. She smirked as she avoided answering my questions and she seemed to fully enjoy my frustration as she repeated the same explanation of corporate policy over and over again. Her decision to insist on a paper receipt for the gas I had added to the vehicle despite her clear knowledge that the tank had been returned full and her taunting bad treatment of a new customer was a terrible customer service decision. I will never return to Sixt here or abroad. This person should not be in a customer service position at all and I hope for the sake of your company's reputation that the management of this branch is an isolated situation.

The terms and agreements has hidden information. Do not use this company. There are better companies. Customer service is 3rd World.
