I cannot say enough how much I appreciate everyone that works at Avis Car Rental in Boca Raton. From the owner who has been very understanding and helpful with all of our requests, to all the staff that has shown genuine interest in taking care of us on a daily basis. I will always call them first and recommend them to all of our friends. They are very reasonable and willing to help with any and all of our rental needs.

horrible service. Reserved car and when got there to pick up car, I was told they dont have car and nothing he can do about it. Did not even offer to arrange car from other location.

There is a guy who works there. Not sure if he's a manager or an employee but tall wearing glasses. Very helpful and friendly. He always makes things simple and easy for customers. The store is a little bit small but a great location and they always have decent vehicles. Normally i dont do surveys or rating but i just wanted to say how great customer services i have been experiencing are. 

I didn't catch his name but i want to thank him - a tall guy with glasses!!! 🤓

terrible company!! Spent lots of money getting to the rental office. Have a great credit score and plenty of money in payment account just to be turned down for no reason at all. Stay far away!!!
