Friendly efficient staff!
We needed a rental car because ours had been rear ended.  The insurance covered a mid-sized sedan but for a portion of the timeframe, we needed a mini-van (visiting relatives).  The staff were super flexible and allowed us to switch out to the minivan for 5 days with a nominal charge for the upgrade($7/day).  So, in the end, we had 3 different cars and each time the visit to the office was quick and pleasant.  The staff were friendly and accommodating.   I would use this location again if I needed a car.

Staff at 1014 tec /parent are excellent especially Christina (Tina )  and the manager who helped arrange my rental gets 5 stars too ..actually  Enterprise is the only car rental place that has always come though for me that's why I continue to give them my business.

One star is more what they deserve, the worst people ever absolutely no help no follow ups and no Honesty, if anything lost in their cars is gone, so Rude on the phone. The worst experience in my life, will never go back to the whole company ever

Good place.. great services.. you may not find what you want sometimes, but an alternative is always there.. I believe it is the best car rental agency in Windsor in terms of the prices and promos.
