I cannot say enough  good things about this branch and the people that work there. My daughter and I were in a tough position on a Friday afternoon at 5pm when we had car trouble. 
 I contacted a larger branch and was told there was not enough time to help us. I made a desperate call to the 920 Boston Post Rd. branch and they were amazing.  The reservationist was so nice and took care of our reservation quickly.  Dan came to our rescue within 15 minutes and could not have been more professional and warm.  He calmed our nerves and made the reservation process easy.  We will never forget their kindness.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Our vehicle was in an accident. We rented while looking for a new one. The experience was wonderful. They are very helpful. Renting a nice safe vehicle felt good after being an accident. 
Our rental car heavily influenced my next vehicle purchase. We decided to upgrade both vehicles. 
Car rentals are very influential. If your thinking about buying a car rent one first. really test it out, you will hopefully be driving it for years.

Horrible experience with Assistant Manager Tara and Mike from 579 Bridgeport Avenue location. Jacob from 920 Boston Post Road was nicer and handled the situation as best he could but it was still a complete hassle to get any help, I had to make numerous calls and put in requests after the 579 Bridgeport Avenue "team" were completely rude and out of line. Both should sit on hold and listen to the Enterprise automated message about customer service and how to treat them after their blatant disregard of doing just that. Be ashamed of yourselves.

Renters be ware horrible customer service dirty cars offered and don't you dare ask for a better price cause Bob will say your pulling a fast one and make you feel like your doing something wrong... Had a much nicer experience with Avis... :)

Great service !!

Walked in, my car was ready for me and I was out of the door in 10 minutes! 

The Manager Bob was awesome. Although the office was super busy he kept his cool and assisted customer with such ease never missing a beat! 

I would highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.
