I regularly rent from these wonderful guys who accommodate every need that I have -various types of vehicles depending on my travel, providing clean, reliable vehicles, facilitating pick up and drop off superbly polite service.  As a frequent traveller, I see the difference from location to location.  This people are the best and they are very much appreciated.

The best car rental service I had in USA.
I got a really good car and the price was very fair. The agents in the location were very helpful. Would rent from this place again.

Worst car rental experience and I rent at least 8 times a year. Complete crooks. They did NOT honor the internet price, quadruple charged me without telling me. Ali Sultan was the 'manager' of the place and was horrible with service. When complaining about it all, he just gave me the 1-800 number to Avis and said,  "Call them, it's not my problem that's how Avis works." To top it off, no one else was in the office! Fortunately, when speaking with Avis' customer service (Marlon) they were able to rectify all the issues. You don't take advantage of customers and you at least communicate why you are charging them what you're charging them.  Stay away from this place at all costs until their management changes. Try Westport Enterprise.
