Every time I need a rental for a trip, I get great service here. Even if we need an extra day or two, they will accommodate us if they can. Sometimes they turn over cars quickly for the next renter and it may not be cleaned prior to you getting it, but they will have it vacuumed and wiped down in the back within 5 minutes if you ask. Plus, once you rent, you will get promotions via email for next time.

Nice, new and reliable cars are rented out here. Excellent customer services provided by their staff on Dixwell Ave, Hamden CT. I gave 5 stars because of the satisfaction I got from the transaction. I will always recommend their services to family, friends, and colleagues!

I always rent from Enterprise on Dixwell Ave! They pick me up promptly when I call, and even wait a few minutes, if needed. I never feel rushed at the office, they explain everything I need to know, and always go out of their way to give me the best deal available in my price range. They truly bend over backwards to accommodate everything my family and I need. Sometimes their cars are not washed on the outside -I tend to need a car super early in the morning before they get a chnace to get to them. I wouldn’t rent from anybody else!!!

Excellent service, especially during a stressful point in time after a car accident. The manager was so professional and helpful with making a smooth process of getting a rental car.
