This Enterprise location is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!
I have been renting cars from Avis / Hertz at 222 Post Rd in Fairfield for many years. I can't believe I was torturing myself when I could have been coming to this Enterprise instead. These guys are so nice and helpful that it felt like it was a scam. They are not just professional, smart business people, they are sincere and kind human beings. Do not ever go to Hertz/Avis in Fairfield, ever! My absolutely amazing experience goes like this... My family of 4 called from the train to get directions for the Uber driver. They said, "Why don't we just come pick you up at the train station?" They show up on time in a Range Rover driven by the nicest guy ever who helped us with our bags. We get to the Enterprise location and there were quite a few people working so I did not have to wait one minute. They were smiling and joking and happy. Without asking, I was upgraded to a very nice Infiniti QX80. The car was clean and had only 13,000 miles. We drove it a few hundred miles through rain, sleet and snow and it was amazing. On the return trip, we had some rough weather and got lost. We were almost 2 hrs late and 10 minutes before they closed. No extra charge. Did not even think of charging us. They just wanted to know how the skiing was. They offered to drive us to the train again but we did not take them up on the offer since we had to make some stops first but they did offer to charge our dead phones and they all took a bag and helped us load our Uber up. Honestly, after so many years of being mistreated by the HORRIBLE people at Avis / Hertz Fairfield I was literally blown away. There is no comparison at all. Two different worlds. Enterprise Fairfield was not only the right decision to rent a car but seriously restored my faith in humanity. Amazing experience, amazing people!!!! Thank you!

The group of customer service agents at the Fairfield location were great, however I had issues with the vehicle. The touch-screen on the vehicle did not work, therefore I couldn't connect my phone (as legally need hands free), nor could I adjust inputs/sound. It was quite frustrating.

Store & Staff Commitment is Awsome. No wait time if we book Car earlier . Good cars are Available here. I Recommended .
