I had a great experience with North Iowa Collision Center. They were able to get my car in right away, easy to get a hold of, and they did a great job fixing my car. I hope I don't need to, but I would do business with them again.

These guys are great! They have done a lot of work to both of my vehicles (and both are now 10 years old). I started using them when I moved to Iowa in 2007 (car was damaged in the move). I never had a need to look for another body shop!! Pricing is very fair. Estimates are accurate. I feel I have a personal relationship with them. That is how they work. They know I am a perfectionist on my cars so they know I will find a flaw. I did bring one car back for an adjustment of a new factory electronic part (not their fault). They quickly fixed it. I even had them detail a car inside and out. They even touched up some minor scratches as part of the detailing. They stand behind their work and take the time to explain everything. In fact, I just made an appointment for more non-insurance work. They offered to take it on in less than one week. Awesome.

North Iowa Collison Center always goes above and beyond to help me with my car needs! I have never went anywhere else! They are very professional and friendly!
