Flint, MI had excellent customer service. I had a nice, clean rental. Not too expensive. The only issue was that the SirriusXM Service never activated. No worries, they promptly resolved the issue.

Friendly and professional staff (stayed past closing to wait for my flight to arrive).  Clean car (inside and out).  New car (2018).  Unlimited miles.  Great price (around 20% lower then the bigger name car rental).  Could use a bit more lighting in their car storage area - but overall a problem free experience.

Very nice team of people at Enterprise at FNT Flint Mich Airport. Only issue was the car it's self was located a very long walk away from the building thru very cold weather day. Be nice if each rent a location was design better. I will use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I experienced great customer service and that is what the five stars are for. Although I had a confirmed reservation, there wasn't a car available for me when I landed at midnight. I was given the option of driving their shuttle van to my destination and switch out my vehicle the next day, which I took. Upon returning the next day; there was only two vehicles, none of which I originally requested. Again, I left with a vehicle that I was uncomfortable with. Third time was a charm when I returned once more to switch out cars. Although this was an inconvenience, from the very first day I was offered a free upgrade and gas fee was waived. Today I noticed my credit card charge was almost $30.00 more and I suspected that I was charged for gas. No problem, I called and spoke to Juwan and he adjusted the fee during my call. Other customers may have gotten angry but why waste the energy? I feel Enterprise at Bishop airport did their best to accommodate me and I appreciate the great customer service I received from Jessie(?), Juwan, and whoever else helped me. Loved the 2018 Toyota Camry that I ended up with for almost two weeks.

I rec'd immediate & accommodating service, including an "automatic" upgrade of vehicle without my asking for it (posted online after I left home), and a generous fuel refill offer @ 1/2 tank for a below-market price.  Our Maxima appeared to be a well-maintained car and performed great on our 170-mile road trip.  Our return check-in was quick, convenient & friendly.

My only minor issue is that I wish the Detroit Metro Airport staff had a car-return checklist that prompted me to return my key-fobs to them when I returned my car.  I fortunately had the time before my flight to have to go back thru airport security after returning my fobs to an Enterprise driver I flagged down in the Airport Transpo. area--a convenient option that the Rental Office offered me.
