Worst possible rental center ever, would give no stars if possible.  I went to get a car for my dad so I could use his nicer car while I was home.  
First of all, we had a reservation.  We get there and everyone is busy. A guy told us he would be assisting us in 5 minutes.  When actually it to 37 minutes to get service.  So we waited, I was less than pleased already that they had us waiting so long.  

Next, on top of that it was freezing.  The employees all  had on hats, coats and gloves, -- and not just the ones that are supposed to be working outside.  We asked about the temperate and if they had the heat on, one of the employees laughed and told us it was on 70.  He made no effort to adjust it.  This was a day after Christmas  when the temperatures were below zero.  

Third, after we are assisted, he then tells us he has to go get a car ready.  The point of the reservation is to reserve a car.  So how is it not ready already?  

Finally, and by far the most offensive part:  they gave us a car on a quarter of the tank.  Apparently, my dad forgot to put it back at exactly a quarter when he returned it, and they charged him $50 to fill it up.  We reserved a compact car, it does not take $50 to fill it up for one.  The car probably only had a 12 gallon tank at max anyway.  But more importantly we got it on a quarter of a tank so I do not understand how they charged him to FILL the car.  Also, they did not give him his 15% membership discount when we booked either.  

We will never be booking with pierson again.  They definitely need management and staff adjustments.  To bold face lie about the tank is just baffling. We never have issues when we book with court street.  They use their HEAT, explain everything well, there are never any surprises, and it is always a clean quick pick up/drop off.  The two times in the last year we booked with the pierson road branch, both experiences were negative.
